SIGN Butler V2 – Qualified Electronic Signature (QES)

ItsMe

Prerequisites:

• Have a contract signed to allow ItsMe
• Have the ItsMe license enabled by support
• When a PDF is to be signed by ItsMe, every signer must sign via ItsMe. It is not possible to mix signature methods like Scribble with ItsMe.
• Every signer must register on the ItsMe app before signing the document.

Setup:

1. On the “Sign method” Global Value Set, have the option “Itsme” activated
2. Create a SIGN Request Template with a signer that uses Sign method “Itsme” (Make sure to not check any other sign methods)
