When our Client uses SIGN Butler we process and register only the registration number of the transaction, the date and time stamp, time difference to GMT, browser and operating system, interface, language and version of the browser software. All other personal data such as name, address, phone number and other are data that are stored in the data storage from your contracting party which is our client.
Our Client, your contracting party, has given explicit agreement to SIGN Butler to collect these specific registration data.
All other personal data are stored with Our Client, your contracting party.
The data processed when using Our Services are processed by us only as a processor, not as a controller.
How do we collect the specific transaction data?
Our Client, your contracting party, has explicitly asked us to process the specific transaction data in order for them to be able, as the case may be, to reconstitute the specific details including the document, names, addresses etc related to the transaction between Our Client and Yourself.
How will we use your data?
Our Company collects these registration data so that we can:
Give Our Client and You the specific details of the registration of a transaction, the date and time stamp, time difference to GMT, browser and operating system, interface, language and version of the browser software
We as SIGN Butler will only register the date, hour and transaction number of the documentation processed.

Our Company securely processes the data our Client, your contracting party, allowed us to process and we only use, as a third party provider, following Service Providers:
Amazon AWS US, Germany, Australia as the case may be. (processing only in the AWS instance selected by our Client, your contracting party)
To avoid unauthorized access to Data and generally secure the Data during processing, we apply the following safety measures:

Our Company would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following through our Client, your contracting party.
The right to access – You have the right to request Our Company, through Our Client, you contracting party, for copies of all transactions registrations with their exact number, date, hour and location.
The right to rectification – You have the right to request through Our Client, your contracting party, that Our Company correct any information you believe is inaccurate relevant to the Register of transactions
As we have had no access to any personal data, The right to erasure, The right to restrict processing and The Right to object to processing are to be exercised with your contracting party
